Media Buyer : Meta Ads (Lead Gen & Pay Per Call)

vCommission Media is looking for experienced and performance-driven Media Buyers with strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling US-focused Lead Generation campaigns through Meta Ads. The role requires a strong understanding of the complete performance marketing funnel — from audience targeting, campaign setup, bidding strategies, and creative testing to lead quality, CPL/CPA management, tracking, optimization, and scaling.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Media Buying / Performance Marketing experience, with strong expertise in at least one of the required verticals: Auto, Debt, ACA/Medicare, or Finance.
  
  
  
  


• Proven experience running, optimizing and scaling US Lead Generation / PPC campaigns with a strong understanding of the US market and lead-generation ecosystem.
  
  
  
  


• Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, creative testing and scaling.
  
  
  
  


• Experience with NewsBreak and SmartNews will be highly preferred.
  
  
  
  


• Strong understanding of campaign structures, audience targeting, bidding strategies, budget allocation, creative testing, landing-page performance and funnel optimization.
  
  
  
  


• Ability to manage campaigns against key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, conversion rate, lead quality, ROI and ROAS.
  
  
  
  


• Proven ability to identify winning audiences, creatives, offers, placements and campaign structures, and scale them while maintaining profitability and lead quality.
  
  
  
  


• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify performance issues and take quick optimization decisions.
  
  
  
  


• Hands-on understanding of tracking and attribution, including pixels, conversion events, UTMs and campaign performance reporting.
  
  
  
  


• Experience working closely with creative, landing-page and lead-generation funnels, with the ability to provide actionable recommendations based on campaign performance.
  
  
  
  


• Candidates must demonstrate deep vertical-specific expertise, rather than only general digital marketing or media buying experience.
  
  

Vertical-Specific Expertise

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas:

Home Services: Experience generating and scaling leads for categories such as HVAC, roofing, plumbing, solar, windows, remodeling, pest control or other home-service businesses.

Auto: Experience with automotive lead generation, auto insurance, vehicle-related offers or other performance-driven Auto campaigns targeting the US market.

Debt: Experience running US lead-generation campaigns for debt relief, debt settlement, debt consolidation or related financial offers, with a strong understanding of lead quality and funnel performance.

ACA / Medicare / Finance: Experience running lead-generation campaigns within ACA, Medicare, insurance or relevant financial-services offers, with strong knowledge of audience targeting, lead quality and performance optimization.
