Job Description - Media Sales - Solutions

About the
Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative professional to join the Media Sales - Solutions team at Odisha Television Network.
The role involves working closely with clients, agencies, and internal teams to
create impactful media solutions and integrated marketing opportunities across
Television, Digital, Events, and IPs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop customised brand integration and sponsorship solutions for
    clients across OTV and Tarang platforms.

  • Coordinate with Sales, Programming, Digital, and Creative teams to
    build innovative client pitches and proposals.

  • Understand client objectives and translate them into effective
    media solutions.

  • Prepare presentations, proposals, post -campaign reports, and brand
    integration plans.

  • Support execution of branded content campaigns, special properties,
    events, and on -ground activations.

  • Track campaign delivery and ensure smooth coordination between
    clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research and track media, advertising, and consumer
    trends.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and clients.


Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3 -5 years of experience in Brand Solutions, Media Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Client Servicing.

  • Prior experience in Television, Digital Media, Radio, OTT, or Advertising Agency environment preferred.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Creative thinking with the ability to conceptualise branded content ideas.

  • Good understanding of media planning, sponsorships, and integrated marketing solutions.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and presentation creation.

  • Ability to work in a fast -paced and collaborative environment.


Educational Qualification
  • MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Media, Advertising, or related field preferred.

  • Graduates with relevant experience may also apply.
