Manager – Medical Affairs (Global Partnerships)
Compensation: Up to ₹20 LPA

Role Overview

We're looking for a driven Medical Affairs Manager to build and scale global medical partnerships. This role owns collaborations with international universities and medical associations, driving endorsements, MoUs, and high-impact academic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive international partnerships with universities, associations, and healthcare bodies


• Lead end-to-end MoU and endorsement deals — from outreach to closure


• Build co-branded programs, certifications, and academic collaborations


• Ensure medical accuracy, quality, and compliance across all initiatives


• Work closely with product, content, and growth teams to scale programs


• Represent the organization in global meetings, webinars, and conferences


• Track impact, optimize partnerships, and drive measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• MBBS (mandatory)


• MD preferred in Pharmacology / Pathology / General Medicine / Internal Medicine


• 3–4 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Healthcare Partnerships, or Clinical Strategy


• Proven experience in international tie-ups, MoUs, or institutional collaborations


• Strong communicator with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Candidate Profile

• Experience in CME/CPD, digital health, or ed-tech platforms is a plus


• Exposure to global medical ecosystems and accreditation systems preferred


• Existing network with international institutions or KOLs preferred


• Comfortable in a high-ownership, fast-paced role with direct impact on global expansion
