billing solutions for healthcare providers. As a Medical Billing
Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless
revenue cycle management by processing and managing medical claims.

**Responsibilities:**

- Process and submit medical claims to insurance companies and
government programs.

- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for patients.

- Review and correct claim rejections, denials, and discrepancies.

- Communicate with healthcare providers to gather necessary
billing information.

- Follow up on unpaid or rejected claims to ensure timely reimbursement.

- Maintain accurate and up -to -date patient and billing records.

- Collaborate with team members to streamline billing processes.

- Stay updated on industry changes and billing regulations.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).

- Previous experience in medical billing or related field.

- Familiarity with medical billing software and electronic
health records (EHR) systems.

- Knowledge of CPT, ICD -10, and HCPCS coding.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent communication and problem -solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
