Job Description - Medical Documents Filing/ Abstract / Medical documentation/ Medical records

Key Responsibilities:

Document Organization and Filing:

o Maintain an organized filing system of Scanned documents.

o Assign appropriate file names, folders, and tags for easy retrieval.

o Ensure all documents are properly labeled and indexed.

o Maintain and update filing systems as needed.

o Having good Proficiency of Medical Terminology.

o Having good Communication skills and Ability to articulate.

o Able to work independently with minimal help on a day-to-day activity. Working Conditions:

o Office environment.
