Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive gynecological examinations and patient assessments.
Diagnose and manage common and complex gynecological conditions, including menstrual disorders, infertility, reproductive health issues, and pregnancy -related concerns.
Perform routine screenings such as Pap smears, breast exams, and pelvic ultrasounds.
Provide pre - and post -natal care, including counseling on family planning and reproductive health.
Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including obstetricians, nurses, and specialists, to ensure coordinated patient care.
Educate patients on preventive health measures, reproductive wellness, and treatment plans.
Assist in the implementation of hospital protocols and quality improvement initiatives in gynecological care.
Participate in on -call duties and emergency response as required.

Requirements:

MBBS degree with a specialization or strong clinical exposure in Gynecology.
Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent).
Proficiency in gynecological examination techniques and common diagnostic procedures.
Strong understanding of reproductive health, menstrual disorders, and prenatal care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with patients.
Ability to work effectively in a team -oriented, high -pressure hospital environment.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Willingness to undergo training and supervision during the initial phase of employment.
