Responsibilities:

Conduct routine antenatal and postnatal check -ups for pregnant women, including monitoring fetal development and maternal health.
Perform comprehensive patient examinations, including blood pressure measurement, abdominal palpation, and fetal heart rate monitoring.
Assist in normal vaginal deliveries under the supervision of senior medical staff, ensuring safe delivery practices and immediate neonatal care.
Provide guidance and counseling on nutrition, pregnancy milestones, labor preparation, and postpartum recovery.
Conduct routine gynecological check -ups, including pelvic exams and screening for common conditions.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including medical histories, examination findings, and treatment plans.
Identify and manage early signs of complications during pregnancy and postpartum, initiating timely referrals when necessary.
Respond promptly to basic obstetric emergencies, applying standard protocols for stabilization and care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
Stay updated with clinical guidelines, protocols, and best practices in obstetrics and gynecology.
