Medical Officer

Requirements

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical university with valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent).
  
• Demonstrated strong clinical knowledge in diagnosis, treatment, and management of common medical conditions.
  
• Proficiency in patient examination techniques, history taking, and clinical documentation.
  
• Experience or training in emergency medicine, critical care, or general medical wards (internship or rotational training preferred).
  
• Ability to make sound, timely clinical decisions under pressure with accuracy and accountability.
  
• Exceptional problem -solving skills with a systematic approach to clinical reasoning.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  
• Active listening and empathetic engagement with patients to build trust and ensure patient -centered care.
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple patient cases simultaneously.
  
• Willingness to work in a fast -paced, high -demand healthcare environment with flexible scheduling, including night shifts and on -call duties.
  
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and digital health tools.
