*Responsibilities:*
- Provide clinical care to patients in the OT and ICU, including pre -operative assessments, intra -operative monitoring, and post -operative management.
- Perform and supervise critical procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, arterial line placement, and invasive monitoring in the ICU.
- Monitor and manage patients with life -threatening conditions, including sepsis, acute respiratory failure, and multi -organ dysfunction.
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely documentation of patient care in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthetists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
- Participate in emergency response teams and manage acute medical emergencies within the ICU and OT.
- Adhere to infection control protocols, safety standards, and hospital policies at all times.
- Contribute to clinical audits, quality improvement projects, and case reviews.
- Attend regular case conferences, morbidity and mortality (M&M) meetings, and training sessions to maintain clinical competency.
- Support resident and medical student training under supervision, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
*Requirements:*
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical council with valid registration (NMC/INMC).
- Minimum 1 year of post -graduation clinical experience in a hospital setting, with demonstrated experience in OT and ICU environments.
- Proven competency in advanced life support (ACLS/ALS), critical care medicine, and surgical procedures.
- Strong understanding of hemodynamic monitoring, mechanical ventilation, and sedation protocols.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and decision -making skills under pressure.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and hospital information systems.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and on -call duties as required.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical medical practice.

- This role requires physical stamina and emotional resilience due to the high -intensity nature of ICU and OT operations.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in tertiary care hospitals or trauma centers.
- The salary range is ₹70,000 to ₹1,00,000 LPM, commensurate with experience and performance.
