*Responsibilities:*
- Provide immediate and effective medical care to patients in the Emergency Department, including triage, assessment, stabilization, and treatment of acute and critical conditions.
- Manage and supervise patient care in the ICU, including monitoring vital signs, interpreting diagnostic results, and adjusting treatment plans in real time.
- Conduct thorough outpatient consultations in the OPD, ensuring accurate diagnosis, appropriate treatment, and follow -up planning for chronic and acute conditions.
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely medical records in compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and support staff to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions across departments.
- Participate in on -call rotations and emergency response drills to ensure readiness for critical incidents.
- Stay updated with the latest clinical guidelines, medical advancements, and hospital policies to ensure evidence -based practice.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs within the hospital.

*Requirements:*
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical university with valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC).
- Minimum 2–3 years of post -graduate clinical experience in emergency medicine, intensive care, and outpatient care.
- Proven experience in managing trauma, critical illness, and complex medical cases in high -pressure environments.
- Strong proficiency in emergency procedures, including advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), basic life support (BLS), and intubation.
- Excellent clinical decision -making, diagnostic, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple patients simultaneously, and maintain composure during emergencies.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and hospital information systems.
- Commitment to ethical medical practice, patient confidentiality, and continuous professional development.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on -call duties as required.
