*Responsibilities:*
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and patient histories to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of common medical conditions across diverse patient populations.
- Perform basic medical procedures including wound care, suturing, IV cannulation, and minor surgical interventions as required.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with senior medical staff and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential medical records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate updates to patients and healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
- Participate in on -call rotations and emergency response as per departmental requirements.
- Stay current with medical best practices, guidelines, and advancements through continuous professional development.

*Requirements:*
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution with valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of post -graduate clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Proven proficiency in conducting clinical assessments and diagnosing common medical conditions.
- Skilled in performing basic medical procedures, including but not limited to: IV insertion, wound dressing, suturing, and basic life support.
- Strong diagnostic reasoning and problem -solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in high -pressure, fast -paced environments.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and digital documentation tools.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and continuous professional growth.
- Willingness to participate in on -call duties and shift rotations as required.
