### *Responsibilities*
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and physical examinations to diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of medical conditions.
- Provide emergency and routine medical care, including triage, stabilization, and treatment of patients in the ICU and general wards.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient history, diagnostic results, and clinical guidelines.
- Perform essential medical procedures such as IV cannulation, wound care, catheterization, and airway management with precision and safety.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment protocols as needed, and document clinical findings in electronic health records (EHR) with accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and support staff to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity across departments.
- Participate in on -call rotations and respond promptly to critical patient situations requiring immediate medical intervention.
- Maintain up -to -date knowledge of medical best practices, protocols, and emerging treatments through continuous professional development.

### *Requirements*
- MBBS degree with valid registration from the Medical Council of India (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 4–5 years of post -qualification clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Proven expertise in diagnosing and managing common medical conditions including hypertension, diabetes, respiratory illnesses, cardiovascular diseases, and infections.
- Demonstrated hands -on experience in ICU settings, including managing ventilated patients, hemodynamic monitoring, and emergency resuscitation.
- Proficiency in conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and interpreting diagnostic reports (e.g., lab results, imaging studies).
- Skilled in performing basic medical procedures with a strong focus on patient safety and infection control.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, make rapid clinical decisions, and manage multiple patient cases simultaneously.
- Familiarity with hospital information systems and electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) platforms.
- Willingness to participate in on -call duties and shift -based work as required.
