*Responsibilities:*
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations in both IPD and OPD settings, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments.
- Formulate accurate diagnoses and develop evidence -based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Supervise and manage inpatient care, including daily ward rounds, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting treatment protocols as necessary.
- Provide timely and effective outpatient consultations, ensuring efficient patient flow and high satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate, up -to -date, and confidential medical records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and support staff to coordinate seamless patient care and ensure continuity across departments.
- Participate in medical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and hospital policy reviews.
- Stay current with advancements in medical science through continuous professional development and participation in training programs.
- Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines, patient confidentiality, and hospital safety protocols.
- Assist in emergency response and on -call duties as required by the hospital schedule.

*Requirements:*
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical university with valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2–3 years of post -graduation clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare facility.
- Proven experience in both IPD and OPD patient management with demonstrated clinical competence.
- Strong diagnostic, analytical, and decision -making skills in a fast -paced clinical environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and digital documentation tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain composure during emergencies.
- Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous learning.
- Willingness to participate in on -call rotations and shift work as per hospital requirements.
