*Responsibilities:*
- Provide immediate and effective medical care in the Emergency Department, managing trauma, acute illnesses, and life -threatening conditions.
- Monitor, assess, and manage critically ill patients in the ICU, including administering life -support measures and adjusting treatment plans based on real -time clinical data.
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning in the OPD, ensuring timely and accurate clinical interventions.
- Maintain accurate, up -to -date medical records and documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with senior physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions across departments.
- Participate in on -call duties and emergency response drills to ensure readiness for critical incidents.
- Stay current with clinical guidelines, emerging medical practices, and hospital protocols to ensure evidence -based care delivery.

*Requirements:*
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution with valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2–3 years of post -graduation clinical experience in emergency medicine, ICU, and outpatient care.
- Proven experience in managing acute medical emergencies, critical care stabilization, and chronic disease management in outpatient settings.
- Strong proficiency in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), basic life support (BLS), and emergency resuscitation protocols.
- Excellent clinical decision -making, diagnostic, and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with hospital information systems (HIS), electronic medical records (EMR), and digital patient management tools.
- Commitment to ethical medical practice, patient confidentiality, and continuous learning.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on -call responsibilities as required.
