*Responsibilities:*

- Perform basic medical procedures including wound care, suturing, venipuncture, catheterization, and minor surgical interventions.
- Maintain accurate, up -to -date patient records in compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with senior physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
- Provide timely medical consultations and recommendations in outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in on -call rotations and emergency response duties as required.
- Stay current with medical best practices, clinical guidelines, and advancements through continuous professional development.
- Promote patient safety, infection control, and adherence to ethical and legal standards in clinical practice.
*Requirements:*
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical university with valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of post -graduation clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Proven ability in diagnosing and managing common medical conditions across internal medicine, pediatrics, and general practice.
- Skilled in conducting thorough clinical assessments and interpreting diagnostic results.
- Hands -on experience in performing basic medical procedures with a strong emphasis on patient safety and hygiene.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and hospital information management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain medical information clearly to patients and families.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical medical practice, patient confidentiality, and continuous learning.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on -call duties as part of hospital operations.
