### *Responsibilities*
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations during OPD and IPD consultations, including medical history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions in accordance with established clinical protocols and hospital guidelines.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and ensure timely follow -up for all patients, maintaining accurate and up -to -date medical records.
- Supervise and coordinate patient care in the IPD, including daily ward rounds, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results to ensure evidence -based clinical decisions.
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and allied health professionals to deliver integrated, holistic patient care.
- Maintain strict adherence to hospital policies, infection control protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Participate in medical audits, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes.
- Provide timely documentation of patient encounters in the electronic health record (EHR) system with accuracy and completeness.

### *Requirements*
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical university with valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC).
- 2–3 years of post -qualification experience in a hospital or clinical setting, with proven experience in managing both OPD and IPD workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high -quality patient care with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Strong clinical knowledge in internal medicine, general medicine, and common medical emergencies.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and hospital information management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team under pressure and time constraints.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and adherence to medical standards and protocols.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and on -call duties as required.
