Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1)Management of medical emergencies & injuries
2) Handling of day to day OPD treatment for walk in patients in OHC
3) Complete coordination & execution of Statutory Health check-up
4) Deriving Health Index of all permanent employees of the plant as per H& W policy
5) Implementation of measures to improve health index of all the employees
6) Implementation of all statutory requirements of OHC & OHSAS audit preparation
7) Handling of all medical administration activities
8) To train OHC staff to upgrade their functional competencies
9) Medical budget related activities & inventory management
