Medical Writer - BHMS/ BAMS

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality clinical documents including protocols, investigator brochures, and clinical study reports.
• Review and edit documents prepared by junior writers to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical, regulatory, and marketing teams to develop and implement medical communication strategies.
• Conduct thorough literature reviews to support document content and ensure scientific validity.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory guidelines, and best practices in medical writing.
• Mentor and train junior medical writers, providing guidance on writing standards and practices.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to the overall strategy and direction of medical writing assignments.

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or relevant field; advanced degree (Masters or PhD) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical writing within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines (FDA, EMA, ICH) and industry best practices for clinical documentation.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex scientific concepts into clear, concise documents.
• Experience in writing for a variety of audiences, including regulatory authorities, healthcare professionals, and patients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with references and citation tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
