Requirements:

MBBS degree with valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent).
Minimum of 1 year of post -graduate or clinical experience in medicine or critical care settings.
Proven experience in general medical management and patient care in hospital or outpatient settings.
Hands -on proficiency in ICU procedures, including intubation, central line insertion, and basic airway management.
Strong understanding of critical care principles, including hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, and sepsis protocols.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous learning.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on -call duties.
