Document patient encounters with precision and maintain up -to -date, compliant medical records.
Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and allied health professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity.
Make timely, evidence -based clinical decisions under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Stay current with medical advancements through continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and institutional training programs.
Adhere to ethical standards, patient confidentiality protocols, and regulatory requirements.
