Proficiency in medical terminology, documentation, and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact empathetically with patients and colleagues.
Ability to work effectively in a fast -paced clinical environment with attention to detail.
Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical medical practice.
Willingness to undergo on -the -job training and mentorship under licensed physicians.
