*Responsibilities*
- Provide comprehensive medical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients across Emergency, ICU, and OPD departments.
- Manage critical care cases in the ICU, including ventilator support, hemodynamic monitoring, and life -saving interventions.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergency medical situations, ensuring timely triage and stabilization.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings, patient history, and diagnostic results.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, specialists, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate, up -to -date patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Participate in on -call rotations and emergency response protocols as required.
- Stay current with medical advancements, guidelines, and evidence -based practices in internal medicine.
- Contribute to hospital quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
- Mentor junior medical staff and support training activities within the department.
*Requirements*
- MBBS degree with a valid medical license and registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent).
- Postgraduate qualification in Internal Medicine (MD/DM) or equivalent specialization.
- Minimum of 1 year of post -graduation clinical experience in hospital settings, with demonstrated expertise in Emergency Medicine, ICU, and OPD care.
- Proven ability to manage complex medical cases under pressure, including sepsis, respiratory failure, cardiac emergencies, and critical illness.
- Strong clinical reasoning, decision -making, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical documentation tools.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on -call duties.
- Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous professional development.
- Knowledge of national and international clinical guidelines (e.g., WHO, NICE, Indian Council of Medical Research).
- Willingness to participate in hospital committees, training sessions, and quality assurance activities.
