Requirements:

MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Internal Medicine (MD/DM) or equivalent recognized certification.
Minimum of 2 years of hands -on clinical experience in Internal Medicine with demonstrated expertise in ICU and Critical Care settings.
Proficiency in managing common and complex critical care conditions such as sepsis, ARDS, acute respiratory failure, shock, and multi -system organ dysfunction.
Strong clinical decision -making skills, ability to perform under pressure, and excellent communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Valid registration with the National Medical Council (NMC) or equivalent regulatory body.
Familiarity with ICU protocols, advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), and basic life support (BLS) certifications.
Ability to work in a fast -paced, high -stakes environment with attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
Willingness to participate in on -call duties and shift rotations as required.
