Summary

This position is designed for an individual with over two years of practical experience who excels in clinical decision-making and managing acute health situations. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in assessing patient conditions, formulating effective treatment plans, and ensuring the delivery of critical care services within a fast-paced medical environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient evaluations to establish accurate differential diagnoses and apply sound clinical reasoning to determine the best course of action.
Manage emergency and critical care scenarios, ensuring immediate and appropriate medical interventions are provided to stabilize patients.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to coordinate comprehensive care strategies and monitor patient progress.
Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards.
Respond effectively to urgent medical situations, prioritizing patient safety and efficient resource utilization.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on work experience in a hospital setting.
Proven expertise in performing differential diagnoses and utilizing clinical reasoning skills.
Strong proficiency in emergency medicine and the management of critical care cases.
