Open Positions 

1. Senior Software Engineer – .NET (Radius)

• 5–8 years of experience


• C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core


• REST APIs & Entity Framework Core


• SQL Server, stored procedures & performance tuning


• Enterprise application development


• Legacy application support & modernization


• Unit testing, CI/CD, DevOps and Docker


• Debugging, troubleshooting and production support

2. Lead Software Engineer – .NET

• 8–10 years of experience


• C# & .NET Core


• Legacy application modernization


• SQL Server & database performance


• Debugging, troubleshooting & RCA


• OOP, design patterns and SDLC


• Agile/Scrum and cross-functional collaboration


• Delphi knowledge is an added advantage  

2. Principal Engineer – .NET 

• 10–12+ years of experience


• C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core


• Entity Framework Core & SQL Server


• REST APIs & enterprise application architecture


• Technical leadership & mentoring


• Legacy modernization, performance optimization


• CI/CD, DevOps, Docker & cloud


• Architecture, troubleshooting and customer issue resolution  

4. Principal Engineer – Full Stack (.NET & Angular)

• 10+ years of software development experience


• C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core Web API


• Angular & TypeScript


• SQL Server & Entity Framework Core


• REST APIs, architecture & design patterns


• CI/CD, DevOps, Docker and cloud


• Technical leadership, mentoring and enterprise application development
