  • Promote and implement Lean Manufacturing principles and practices to drive continuous improvement across the production line.

  • Oversee the selection, installation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, tools, and systems.

  • Analyze production data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes, procedures, and engineering modifications.
