MEL Associate

• Support the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) team in the development of MEL plans, logical frameworks (log frames), and related documentation.
  
• Conduct field monitoring visits to assess project implementation and assist in collecting qualitative insights during project data collection activities.
  
• Support the development of research protocols and facilitate approvals from relevant Research Ethics Committees/Institutional Review Boards, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and protection of human subjects.
  
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and standardized templates for internal use and for dissemination at state and national levels.
  
• Ensure accurate documentation, data quality, and timely consolidation of monitoring and evaluation findings.
  
• Maintain strict confidentiality of information and adhere to all data privacy and protection norms.
  
• Perform any additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor in line with project requirements.
  

Requirements

• Post -graduate degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, Public Policy, or related fields.
  
• Minimum 6 months of fellowship post -graduation is mandatory.
  
• Strong grounding in M&E frameworks, research design, data collection methods, and statistical analysis; familiarity with R, Stata, or SPSS.
  
• Ability to multitask, and should be a quick learner.
  
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a multicultural, interdisciplinary team.
  
• Ability to work effectively with geographically dispersed teams.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
