* Hands-on experience with Mendix low-code platform (2+ years preferred). Good understanding of microflows, nanoflows, domain models, and page logic. Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS is a plus. Experience with REST APIs, integration, and data modeling. Knowledge of ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA). Basic understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines is desirable. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 2 to 5 years of experience in Mendix development and support. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Mendix Rapid or Advanced Developer Certification. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). L1 Support: Monitor application health and performance. Handle user queries and basic troubleshooting. Perform routine checks and validations. Escalate unresolved issues to L2 support or development teams. Maintain support documentation and knowledge base. Analyze and resolve complex application issues. Collaborate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements. Support deployment and release activities. Ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution of tickets.
