Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Menswear Designer to lead the end-to-end design and development of woven apparel. The ideal candidate will have expertise in garment construction, fabric selection, fit, product development, and technical documentation. You will collaborate with merchandising, sourcing, production, quality, retail, and marketing teams to deliver commercially successful products while ensuring timely launches and exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop seasonal and core menswear collections.


• Create technical sketches, tech packs, BOMs, and product specifications.


• Review samples, conduct fittings, and provide fit and construction feedback.


• Coordinate with sourcing, production, quality, and merchandising teams.


• Manage product development timelines and documentation.


• Stay updated on global fashion trends, fabrics, and manufacturing techniques.


• Ensure accurate product data and successful product launches across digital platforms.

Required Skills

• 4–7 years of experience in menswear design and product development.


• Strong knowledge of garment construction, woven fabrics, fit, pattern development, and manufacturing.


• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.


• Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
