Mentoring Program Coordinator

About the Role

As our Mentoring Program Coordinator, you will be the bridge between students and their dreams.

You will visit colleges, find students who are eager to grow, and onboard them into life-changing mentoring programs.

You will be involved in designing mentoring programs, processes required for it, handle volunteer and student queries.

What You Will Do?

1. Manage student recruitment from start to finish, including orientations, interviews.
   
2. Onboard students to the mentoring program, ensuring a smooth transition.
   
3. Address students' questions about the mentoring program and provide clarity.
   
4. Support students if they face challenges during the mentoring program.
   
5. Monitor the quality of the program and find ways to improve it.
   
6. Work on reducing student dropouts during the mentoring process.
   
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the program runs seamlessly.
   
8. Identify process gaps in program and fix it

1. A person who is comfortable communicating fluently in Tamil and English.
   
2. A person who enjoys problem-solving and finds solutions quickly.
   
3. Organizational Skills: You should know how to plan well and manage multiple tasks with a cool head.
   
4. Computer Skills: You should know basic computer skills like using MS Office.
   
5. Work Ethic: You should be someone who loves to learn, works hard, and can do tasks independently & with a team.

Other Information

• Scope: Full-time
  
• Experience: Both freshers and people with experience can apply.
  
• Probationary Period: 3 months
  
• Commitment: We expect you to work with us for at least 2 years. No formal agreements, we work on trust!
  
• Designation: As per experience
  
• Working Days: Monday to Friday + 2 working Saturdays a month. Some weekend support may be required based on program needs.
  
• Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
  
• Office Address: Work from Chennai. Travel within city if required.
  
• Joining Date: Immediate
