MEP BIM Manager

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the MEP BIM strategy to enhance project efficiency and quality, aligning BIM objectives with overall business goals.
   
2. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and support the MEP BIM team while fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
   
3. Project Oversight: Oversee MEP BIM implementation across projects, ensuring models and deliverables meet client requirements and industry standards.
   
4. Technology Integration: Evaluate and adopt emerging MEP BIM technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows in coordination with IT.
   
5. Training & Development: Design and conduct MEP BIM training programs to encourage continuous learning and skill advancement within the team.
   
6. Quality Control: Establish and maintain quality control standards for MEP BIM deliverables, conducting audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
   
7. Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand BIM expectations and present solutions effectively, ensuring clear and professional communication.
   
8. Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP BIM processes smoothly into project workflows.
   
   

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as a BIM Manager with a focus on MEP systems.
  
• In -depth knowledge of MEP BIM software and technologies (e.g., Autodesk Revit MEP).
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to MEP BIM.
