Job Description – Merchandise Designer & Production Coordinator

Location: Bengaluru (In-office)
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Salary: upto ₹4,80,000 per annum (CTC) / depends on interview

About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Merchandise Designer & Production Coordinator who is passionate about movies, anime, gaming, music, and pop culture. You will design officially licensed merchandise, create marketing creatives, and work closely with production partners to ensure high-quality final products.

Key Responsibilities

· Design merchandise including T-shirts, mugs, posters, stationery and other products.

· Create marketing creatives for digital and print campaigns.

· Coordinate with vendors, printers and production partners.

· Ensure artwork is print-ready and meets production specifications.

· Maintain quality standards from concept through final production.

· Work with the merchandising and marketing teams to develop new product ideas.

Requirements

· Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, merchandise design or a related field.

· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

· Strong understanding of print-ready artwork and production processes.

· Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

· Passion for movies, TV shows, anime, gaming, music and pop culture.

· Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors and manage deadlines.

· Retail or fashion preferred but it's not mandatory
