Job Description - Merchandiser

The Merchandiser will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing product ranges, stock levels, and visual displays to maximize sales and profitability. This role involves coordination between suppliers, buyers, and the sales team to ensure timely delivery of quality products.

Requirements

Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency in MS Excel and merchandising software/tools
Understanding of supply chain and inventory management
Team player with a proactive approach

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in merchandising, buying, or inventory planning
