Providing steady state support to the email infrastructure, handling on-call support responsibilities, handling escalations, critical issues, server maintenance activities, mentoring team members, and other day-to-day support operations. Expert on Email security solutions-Proofpoint for email security, Exchange online protection, and Defender for O365\n\nRole and Responsibilities: \n\u2022 Managing and administering Proofpoint Protection servers for the customers. \n\u2022 Support and manage Cloud and On-premises Proofpoint appliances. \n\u2022 Support and manage On-premises and Cloud TRAP appliances. \n\u2022 Support and maintain the EFD environment. \n\u2022 Support and manage Proofpoint TAP. \n\u2022 Support and manage Proofpoint Browser Isolation. \n\u2022 Plan and Coordinate with the vendor for regular health checks and implement vendor recommendations \n\u2022 Provides deep subject matter expertise, advice and program delivery. \n\u2022 Support 24x7 steady state operations-Flexible working in US business hours for all required work done and during weekends. \n\u2022 Contributes to the development of new techniques and plans within area of expertise. \n\u2022 Thorough understanding and management of customer business needs and expectations. \n\u2022 Works on abstract and complex problems requiring evaluation of intangible variables. \n\u2022 Integrates trends, data and information into plans, deliverables and recommendations. \n\u2022 Provides advanced technical support within area of expertise to clients on complex integration issues and is often in a lead role within major projects. systems as needed to implement recommended solution within given parameters. \n\u2022 Performs root cause analysis on failed components and implements corrective measures. \n\u2022 Candidates must have exceptional customer service, problem solving, and communication skills \n\u2022 Possess the ability to work independently with minimal management supervision and with a global team of engineers \n\u2022 Strong team player with ability to work in a team and as individual contributor \n\u2022 Strong organizational and documentation skills\n\nTechnical Skillset: \n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. \n\u2022 10+ years of experience in Proofpoint Email security Solution. \n\u2022 Expertise in Proofpoint email security administration and technical support. \n\u2022 Strong understanding of Office 365 security and compliance requirements. \n\u2022 Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.\"\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
