Meta Ads Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
  
• Develop audience targeting strategies including custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
  
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  
• Create engaging ad copies and coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives.
  
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and conversions.
  
• Set up and manage Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and event tracking.
  
• Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  
• Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and advertising policies on Meta platforms.
  
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to achieve campaign goals.
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and performance marketing strategies.
  
• Experience in lead generation, e -commerce, and conversion campaigns.
  
• Hands -on experience with Meta Pixel and analytics tools.
  
• Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and campaign management abilities.
  
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and advertising budgets effectively.
  

Preferred Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  
• Certifications from Meta Blueprint or Digital Marketing courses will be an added advantage.
  
• Candidates with practical experience in paid social media campaigns will also be considered.
