Summary:

As a Client Success Executive - Technical (Facebook Ads) at AgentsOnDemand.in, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless onboarding and sustained success for our clients across India. You will be responsible for launching customized inbound recruitment systems, executing high -performing Facebook ad campaigns, and providing timely technical and operational support. Your expertise in digital advertising, CRM tools, and client engagement will directly impact client acquisition outcomes and overall satisfaction. This role is ideal for a proactive, results -driven professional who thrives in a fast -paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities:

Conduct system launch calls with new clients to ensure smooth onboarding and alignment with business goals
Execute Facebook Ads campaigns and other standardized operational procedures (SOPs) as per client -specific requirements and scheduled timelines
Provide scheduled technical and operational support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues
Maintain availability for real -time support via call and text to address client needs promptly
Submit regular performance and activity reports to the team lead
Test and optimize new ad campaigns to improve client results and ROI
Ensure clients achieve maximum return on investment through strategic campaign management and continuous improvement
Strictly adhere to established SOPs and internal processes

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience with Facebook Ads management and campaign optimization
Proficiency in CRM tools and Pabbly automation platforms
Native or fluent proficiency in Hindi and fluent English (verbal and written)
Strong client -facing skills with a service -oriented mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Demonstrated ownership, conviction, and competitive drive
Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability and consistency
