MFD Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain MFDs, printers, and related equipment.
  
• Attend breakdown and service requests within the BEL premises.
  
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure machines are in good working condition.
  
• Diagnose hardware, software, network, and printing-related issues.
  
• Maintain service records, machine status, and spare parts usage.
  
• Coordinate with the customer and internal service team for timely issue resolution.
  
• Ensure excellent customer service and minimum machine downtime.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in MFD/Printer service.
  
• Knowledge of photocopiers, printers, scanners, and basic networking.
  
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  
• ITI/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Hardware, or a related field preferred.
  
• Willingness to work as an in-house service engineer at BEL.
