• Experience in
  Manufacturing process design and implementation, facility development and
  proving. (Assembly lines or processes, Vehicle assembly or sub system)
  
• Highly skilled in Co -ordinating with
  Manufacturing teams in US and India
  
• Good understanding of Engineering
  drawings, BOM and Routing systems.
  
• Good knowledge and
  experience in PFMEA Process
  
• Hands on experience in
  implementing SOP, Poka -yoke, Kaizen and Process innovations.
  
• Good understanding of
  Engineering change management process.
  
• Knowledge in JIG &
  Fixture design
  
• Knowledge
  of vehicle systems (Technical know -how of the products)
  
• Knowledge of Lean
  manufacturing / Waste reduction / Method improvements
