MGR Coordination & Aviation Operations 1

Job description for this role is as follows:

• Organising and Coordinating flight Schedules.


• Liaising and coordinating with the maintenance crew and aircrew for all flight operations.


• Overseeing the operation of aircraft as per the duty cycles of operations staff.


• Maintaining Flight Duty Time Limitations (FDTL) records for aircrew.


• Handling DGCA correspondence (excluding aircrew training), including manuals and documentation for surveillance, ARC renewal, etc.


• Managing administrative arrangements such as car and hotel bookings for DGCA/AAI inspectors, guests, and the Chief Pilot.


• Preparing and submitting monthly/fortnightly aircraft movement reports to the Air Force ATC (for landing bills), AAI, and other agencies like DGCA, as required.


• Working closely with other operations staff to maintain seamless coordination of activities.


• Ensuring diligent maintenance of all relevant operational documents.


• A diploma in aircraft engineering is preferred but NOT mandatory.
