People and Performance Management Organization Design Experience leading full scale Data Analytics Organization - analytics, data science, automation, application development. Strategic Thinking Experience in managing global teams and global stakeholders. Ability to work in a matrixed environment with share responsibilities and shared accountability to deliver larger goal in partnership spirit. Technology background in order to guide the team on solutions - not pure people management. Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert for at least 2 for following functions: Manufacturing, Quality, Order Management, Inventory, Logistics, Supply Chain functions with deep knowledge and experience. Experience in delivering descriptive and advanced analytics solutions in cloud environment (Azure) . Should be hands on for ad hoc analysis - should be knowing data sources, SQL, proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Should be proficient in prompt engineering. Should be on top of the latest in Advanced Analytics technological advances. Should have a track record of successfully implementing complex Analytics/Automation/AI/ML/DL enterprise-wide solutions. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). Hands-on working experience in project management and agile methodologies. Tools like MS Project, etc. Good skills in managing Stakeholders' (internal and external) Expectations. Strategic thinker with the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
