The ideal candidate would have plant experience in an automotive OEM working in one of the following departments: Manufacturing Engineering, Component Development or Projects

5. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Track Part level supplies and configuration changes

2. Drive Assembly support

3. Drive Localization

4. Assist the Regional Sales team and the distributor team by playing a key role in Start of the production at a New plant in an International location

5. Drive and track key parameters such as Productivitiy improvement, Output/ Man improvement , Electricity reduction, TPM Facilities and Facilitator program completion

6. IRU Chronic issue closure and update to senior leadership team

7. Interact with government bodies such as Customs office in Mumbai

8. Work closely with EBU Business partners, BAL suppliers, Internal stakeholders for timely dispatch of Assembly Facilities

9. Prepare for upscale / virtual presence by focusing on Virtual training and conference

10. Prepare SOP, ebooks, Ready reckoner for I&C in case of virtual mode of working
