As a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator with deep expertise in cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent edge, we guide organisations through complex digital decisions.\n\nAbout the role\n\nAs a Manager for Operations, you will get to:\n\n * Delivery Oversight\n * Maintain a structured communication model and serve as the primary liaison between the India GDC and regional delivery/account teams. \n * Participate in regular demand planning sessions to assess the pipeline, validate forecasts, and ensure the alignment of resources and capabilities with regional requirements. \n * Oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for all regional projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. \n * Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met with respect to timeline, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction. Establish delivery governance, risk management, and issue resolution mechanisms. \n * Operational Management\n * Forecast demand and align capacity while standardizing processes across delivery units and practices to ensure consistency. \n * Identify bottlenecks in current processes or workflows, recommend and implement improvements in communication practices, delivery frameworks, and reporting standards. \n * Track and improve key metrics such as resource utilization, operational KPIs, margin leakages, capacity, and cost efficiency. \n * Commercial\n * Ensure projects are delivered on budget with healthy margins and monitor costs. \n * Support pricing and commercial terms for delivery contracts. \n * Stakeholder Management \n * Liaise with clients to manage expectations, communicate status, and resolve issues. \n * Collaborate with sales and practice heads to align delivery with strategic goals. \n * Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. When you bring your hunger, heart, and harmony to Insight, your potential will be met with continuous opportunities to upskill, earn promotions, and elevate your career.\n\n\n\nWhat we\u2019re looking for\n\n * 10 to 14 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a directly related role. \n\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent experience in a similar role; MBA preferred. \n\n\n * Experience supporting a team of quality and risk professionals. \n\n\n * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and risk mitigation actions. \n\n\n * Proven track record in successfully supporting quality and risk initiatives and driving continuous improvement. \n\n\n * Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and risk frameworks related to quality and risk management, such as ISO, CMMI, SOC, COSO, and ISO 31000. \n\n\n * Experience, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment. \n\n\n * Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with local leaders, onshore leaders, stakeholders, and team members across different locations. \n\n\n * Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders. \n\n\n * Ability to navigate and manage relationships in a global and matrixed organization. \n\n\n * Experience working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams to drive quality and risk initiatives and achieve common goals. \n\n\n * Leadership and influencing skills to drive alignment and consensus among stakeholders with varying perspectives and priorities. \n\n\n * Ability to effectively manage and resolve conflicts or disagreements in a constructive manner. \n\n\n * Excellent presentation and facilitation skills to effectively communicate quality and risk strategies, initiatives, and results to diverse audiences. \n\n\n\nWhat you can expect\n\nWe\u2019re legendary for taking care of you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
