Job Description: Mgr Cloud Operations Infrastructure  

 Experience: 10 years above 

Summary  

The Mgr. Cloud Operations Infrastructure is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure solutions to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security.  Lead a team of skilled professionals in managing cloud resources, capacity planning, and troubleshooting technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations.  

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cloud infrastructure with business requirements and drive strategic initiatives for continuous improvement and innovation. Responsible for developing and implementing best practices, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and scalability of cloud environments.  

Responsibilities  

• Manage and supervise the operations team, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and coaching.  

• Plan and execute the Infrastructure operations strategy, roadmap, and budget.  

• Monitor and report on the service level agreements, key performance indicators, and metrics.  

• Implement and enforce the infrastructure standards, and best practices, including backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and business continuity.  

• Identify and resolve the incidents, problems, and issues, as well as escalate and communicate them to the relevant stakeholders.  

• Collaborate with teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements and align with the company's goals and objectives.  

• Evaluate and recommend third-party tools and solutions to enhance the functionality and capabilities of the cloud environment.  

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for infra solutions, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials.  

Qualifications  

• BE, B.Tech information technology, or related field.  

• At least 10 years of experience in managing and operating the cloud platform and services.  

• Strong knowledge and skills in the Azure/AWS administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.  

• Proficient in the technologies, such as PowerShell, Azure AD, Server, DevOps, ARM, Active directory, DNS, Databases, window/Linux etc.  

• Certification in related areas is preferred. (Az-104, Az-305 etc)  

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.  

• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and multitask.  

• Attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
