Reporting directly to the PMO Practice Head, you will oversee a portfolio of customer-driven SOWs across Apps, Data \u0026 AI, Modern Workplace \u0026 Infrastructure. This is a high-impact leadership role for a \"Builder\" who can take a dynamic environment and forge it into a world-class delivery engine\n\nAs a Manager Services you will:\n\n * Margin Guardianship: Monitor portfolio-wide financial health, including revenue recognition, budget vs.\n\n\n\nactuals, and overall practice profitability.\n\n * Resource Optimization: Masterfully manage a centralized pool of Project Coordinators, SPMs/PMs, and Program Managers. Maintain high billable utilization while proactively preventing team burnout.\n * Health \u0026 Compliance: Conduct rigorous, weekly portfolio-level reviews to identify risks, dependencies, and recovery paths for \"Red\" projects.\n * PPM Evolution: Lead the transition from manual tracking to a fully optimized Clarizen (Planview) environment,\n\n\n\nleveraging the tool for advanced capacity planning.\n\nWhat we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Experience: 10+ years in Project/Program/Portfolio management, with 4+ years in Professional Services/Consulting.\n * Scale: Proven experience managing a portfolio exceeding $10M in SOW value.\n * Technical: Advanced hands-on proficiency in Clarizen (Planview) or a similar Tier-1 PPM tool\n * Leadership: Experience managing a team of 10+ direct reports (PMs/Program Managers).\n\n\n\nWhat you can expect \nWe\u2019re legendary for taking care of you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
