MICE GENERAL MANAGER (fROM TRAVEL INDUSTRY)

About the Opportunity

A fast-growing leader in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) sector across India, we design and manage high-impact corporate events, global conferences, and luxury incentive travel experiences for Fortune 500 clients and top-tier domestic brands. Our team blends creative vision with operational precision to deliver seamless, venue-to-venue experiences — from strategic sourcing and vendor management to on-ground execution and post-event analytics.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MICE project delivery — from client brief & budgeting to venue finalisation, logistics, speaker coordination, and post-event ROI reporting.


• Manage relationships with hotel partners, AV vendors, ground operators, and destination management companies to ensure seamless execution.


• Develop and present tailored MICE proposals including creative concepts, floor plans, budgets, and risk-mitigation strategies.


• Oversee on-site event management across multiple locations — ensuring brand alignment, safety compliance, and client satisfaction.


• Drive cost-efficiency and vendor negotiations while maintaining high service standards and operational SLAs.


• Train and mentor junior MICE coordinators and onboard new team members on internal processes and client-specific protocols.
