Mice Sales Manager (Travel Industry Must)

About the Opportunity
We are a dynamic player in the India-based travel & hospitality sector, specializing in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) tourism. Our team partners with global and domestic corporations, event agencies, and brands to deliver seamless, high-impact business travel experiences—from venue sourcing and delegate management to on-ground execution and post-event analytics. With a rapidly expanding client portfolio and a focus on premium B2B experiences, we’re scaling our sales leadership to drive strategic growth across India’s key MICE markets. Role & Responsibilities

• Own and expand the MICE sales pipeline across India—targeting corporates, event planners, associations, and government bodies.


• Design and pitch bespoke MICE packages (including venue, F&B, transport, team-building, and tech integration) aligned with client KPIs.


• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with hotels, convention centers, DMCs, and destination marketing organizations.


• Lead cross-functional teams (operations, finance, marketing) to deliver end-to-end MICE experiences with 95%+ client satisfaction.


• Track and report on regional MICE market trends, competitor pricing, and emerging opportunities for sales strategy refinement.


• Exceed quarterly revenue targets and contribute to annual growth planning for the MICE division.
