Job Description

Key Responsibilities

·         Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft 365 Apps across endpoints using Intune, MECM/ConfigMgr, and Autopilot

·         Operate the M365 Apps servicing model (update channels, deployment rings, validation, rollback)

·         Enforce standard application configurations and policies (Cloud Policy, Intune, GPO)

·         Monitor and maintain client health, update compliance, and performance

·         Implement license assignment models, including group-based licensing via Entra ID

·         Align licenses to user roles and support rollout of new SKUs and service plans

·         Analyze license usage and adoption trends to improve utilization

·         Execute license reclamation and reallocation to reduce waste and optimize cost

·         Provide reporting and insights on license usage, feature enablement, and adoption

·         Partner with Finance and Procurement on forecasting, renewals, and cost alignment

·         Troubleshoot issues related to activation, identity, updates, and application performance

·         Build automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph for deployment and reporting

·         Maintain runbooks and documentation to support consistent operations

·         Collaborate with Identity, Security, and Service Desk teams to ensure effective delivery
