Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Platform AI Developer

​​ ​​​Responsibilities:

• Understand customer requirements and challenges and recommend suitable and optimal technology solutions.


• Develop POCs and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to demonstrate capabilities of Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents), Power Apps, and Power Automate.


• Develop conversational assistants and Generative AI solutions from scratch and enhance existing solutions.


• Create bots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, leveraging natural language to generate topics, trigger phrases, and responses.


• Develop Copilot plugins and connectors for Copilot extensibility.


• Automate business processes by developing and delivering Power Platform-based solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of overall IT experience.


• Hands-on development experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies such as:

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, etc.

• Ability to work in a collaborative and agile environment.


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience integrating Power Platform with other systems using Azure Integration Services or API Management platforms.


• Experience with other conversational AI platforms; Microsoft Bot Framework experience is an advantage.
