Job Description - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a mid -level Microsoft
Dynamics 365 CRM Engineer
with strong experience in Dynamics 365 Sales
and Customer Service Hub
, along with hands -on expertise in the Power
Platform
. The ideal candidate will be proficient in customization,
configuration, and development
using C# and .NET, and capable of
delivering scalable CRM solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions within Microsoft
    Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Customer Service Hub)

  • Customize and configure CRM entities, forms, views, business
    rules, and workflows

  • Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using C#
    and .NET

  • Build and extend solutions using Power Platform components:
    • Power Apps (Model -driven apps)
    • Power Pages
    • Power Automate
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems and APIs
  • Participate in solution design discussions and provide
    technical recommendations

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize CRM applications
  • Support deployment activities and manage solutions across
    environments

  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business
    requirements into technical solutions

 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365
    CRM

  • Strong experience with:
    • Dynamics 365 Sales
    • Customer Service Hub
  • Proficiency in:
    • C#, .NET, and plugin development
    • Web services, APIs, and integrations
  • Hands -on experience with Power Platform:
    • Power Apps
    • Power Automate
    • Power Pages
  • Experience with Dataverse and CRM data modeling
  • Knowledge of solution management and deployment best practices
  • Familiarity with JavaScript and HTML for CRM form customization
  • Strong problem -solving and analytical skills

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM
  • Exposure to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FnO)
  • Knowledge of Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service
    Bus)

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL -200, PL -400, MB -210, MB -230)
