We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in D365 testing, CRM applications, and quality assurance, who are passionate about delivering defect-free business solutions and improving user experiences.

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Tester, you will be responsible for validating end-to-end CRM implementations, developing comprehensive test strategies, and collaborating with business analysts, developers, and functional consultants to ensure successful project delivery. You will play a key role in identifying defects, improving testing processes, and ensuring that D365 solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, user acceptance (UAT), and end-to-end testing across D365 modules.
• Validate business processes, workflows, customizations, configurations, plugins, and integrations within the Dynamics 365 environment.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, solution architects, and functional consultants to understand business requirements and define effective testing strategies.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects while working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Verify CRM enhancements, customizations, reports, dashboards, security roles, and data integrity before production deployment.
• Execute API, interface, and integration testing between Dynamics 365 and third-party enterprise applications.
• Support data migration validation, data quality testing, and reconciliation activities during implementation and upgrade projects.
• Develop and maintain test documentation, defect reports, traceability matrices, and quality metrics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing QA processes, automation opportunities, and testing best practices.
• Participate in release planning, sprint testing, production validation, and post-deployment verification activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards, testing methodologies, and project governance.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 6+ years of experience in software testing with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and CRMapplications.
• Hands-on experience testing Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or other CRM modules.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test planning, defect lifecycle management, and quality assurance best practices.
• Experience performing functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing for enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with CRM customizations, workflows, business rules, plugins, security models, and integrations.
• Knowledge of SQL, data validation techniques, REST APIs, and integration testing.
• Experience using defect tracking and test management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Test Manager, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with test automation tools, Microsoft Power Platform, or Dynamics 365 implementation projects will be an added advantage.
